Just back from a week of teaching in Crete. Each time I teach there, it just gets better and better.

This time there were a variety of styles covering Slow Flow, Yin & Yang, Meditation and Dynamic. The breadth of offering has been great for me to expand my teaching capacity as I tune my sequences to different levels whilst also learning to adjust vocal queueing and speed.

For me, breath is the key element to any asana practice whether Slow or Dynamic. Tuning the breath and using varying techniques helped me to add a further layer to the students experience.

Thank you to everyone who practised with me for making this experience what it was. Sharing our energy, sharing our gratitude and sharing our smiles. Finally a big thank you to my mentor in Crete Carole, for continuing to trust and guide me.
