My style is based on traditional hatha yoga asanas, built into varying sequences and rhythm to suit the students ability. I can help you with improving flexibility and overall mobility but my biggest desire is to teach you moving meditation. This was the transformation for me when yoga moved from being an exercise - to a gateway - for me to connect with myself, shed all the things no longer serving me and heal from the things troubling me. 

In my classes, I will challenge you as I have learned myself that guided challenge, done in a safe way, is how we can relieve ourselves from the things that do not serve us and connect with the things that will unlock internal joy.

My classes always incorporate breathwork as once we create space in our body with yoga movement, breathing into this space is where the real magic happens.
